Description

Due to the good combination of properties such as good electrical insulating ability, flexibility, and excellent heat conductivity, the silicone rubber heating wires have been widely used in electric cushions, electric cloth, animal pets, jade mattresses, electric shoes, electric massage armchair, car windows, electric towel rack, heat-preservation-type rice cooker, etc. products as heating wires, and in air condition, refrigerator, cooler, etc. to prevent the formation of condensation on surfaces. Besides, the wires could be used as anti-freeze heating wires for pipes and tanks, etc.

There are three main models of Silicone wires:
A, SR-20
B, BSR-20
C, 2SR-20

First layer heating conductor: resistance wires twist into a spiral on fiberglass
Second layer heating conductor:alloy wires twist into a spiral on the silicone rubber heating wire
